Event details:

VENUE: PARK ROTANA, ABU DHABI

DATE: 28th May 2022.

TIME: Gates Open 5.30 PM, Event Starts 6.00 PM.

DRESS CODE:

Ladies- SAREE,

Gents- BLAZER/SUIT.

Event Registration Rules:-

1) Registration for the event is mandatory.

2) AGG can be attended by members having valid membership as of April 2020 OR April 2022.

3) A refundable deposit of AED 200/- for adults and AED 100/- for children (6-12) will be collected. Please bring the exact change for deposit at the time of registration.

4) Deposit will be refunded on the day of the event at the Venue- registration desk till 6.15 pm only. Members will have to personally collect their own deposit. Deposit will not be refunded in case of no show for the event.

5) This Event is open for Visiting spouses & Parents of eligible members by paying the venue charges. For further details please contact any of the below mentioned Committee members.
